Customers of Xtron System Ltd

  • We may collect, store and process Personal Information of customers of Xtron Systems Ltd, solely on our customer’s behalf and at their direction. For such purposes, we serve as and shall be considered as a controller of such personal information. The Xtron Systems Ltd customers shall be considered as the controllers of such Personal Information and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that may apply to the collection, use and control of such Personal Information. Xtron Systems Ltd customers who use our services in this way are responsible for obtaining any consents, permissions and for providing any fair processing notices required for the collection and usage of such information.

We collect Personal and Aggregate Information

  • Xtron Systems Ltd Affiliates and Service Providers are located throughout the world. For instance, if you inquire about services we provide in outside the UK, we will forward your inquiry to our office in such countries. We may also make other disclosures of your Personal Information overseas, for example if we receive a legal or regulatory request from a foreign law enforcement body. How we protect and store your information
